Christians attended Palm Sunday worship service yesterday but unfortunately any make the mistake to move quickly to Easter and forget about the week’s events that led up to the resurrection of Jesus on Easter Sunday.

Do not make that mistake. Jesus had an incredibly emotional week that involved Him being forsaken by EVERYONE from His closest followers, the political leaders, the religious leaders and most importantly by His Father.

Do not gloss over this. When Jesus was forsaken, nobody (not even God), came to His defense.

At some point in time we will feel forsaken but unlike what Jesus encountered during Holy Week, we have someone who will always come to our defense. We can always count on the Man who was nailed to a tree on a Friday over 2,000 years ago.
